I met Paul Downs during the winter of 2018 when he allowed me to use his tools to build the practice field for my robotics team, 1712 Dawgma. Upon arrival at Paul's shop, he realized that I was fully competent at using his machines, and he offered me a summer job. I gladly accepted and now work on the shop floor, building tables for clients like Five Below, Lockheed Martin, the World Bank, and many other large corporations.
